BOOK EXCHANGE

As we are a group promoting literacy, we have created a Book Exchange in the clubhouse. It is located at the foot of the stairs by the exercise room. Bring One/ Take One is our policy and we hope to have a shelf of children's books also.

Donations of books in good condition can be delivered to the clubhouse office during the months of Sept & Oct. We would appreciate your help in donating good books for adults, youth and children.

Local Libraries

Due to the fact that Saratoga Springs does not have it's own library, we must pay to get library cards in neighboring areas. Here are some good libraries to consider:

We are checking into the Utah County Bookmobile to see if we can request books from them - the Bookmobile is scheduled to come to Saratoga Springs at Smith's each Wednesday from 2pm-4pm.

Community News

Excitement abounds, as the first charter high school in Eagle Mountain prepares to open its doors. Rockwell Charter High School will welcome students in August of 2008. The creation of this school will have students breathing a sigh of relief as they give up their commutes into Lehi and are able to attend a brand new school. While free like other public schools, Rockwell will provide a college-preparatory education along with smaller class sizes and more individual attention. Student activities and other traditional high school events and clubs are in the planning stage. All future students are invited to participate in this process. For those seeking more information, or to enroll, please visit www.rockwellhigh.net.
